Where do I ship?

We currently ship to every postal address ini the United States via UPS or USPS shipping. We do not ship to PO BOXES. You must provide a residential shipping address on your order or else it may be held up at your local post office until you provide a valid address. 

* We opt to use UPS or USPS shipping so your cookies arrive in a timely manner for optimal freshness. 

How long will it take to receive my cookie box?

We am currently only taking pre-ordered cookie boxes which means there will always be a specific day in which your box will be shipped. Cookie boxes will be shipped out to you Monday mornings (at given date). Please allow 2-3 business days for your cookie box to arrive. They are all shipped via UPS or USPS 2-4 day shipping.

Order Cancellation or Modification?

Once your cookie box has shipped we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address re correct.

Once your order is placed and we have printed your shipping label, we are unable to cancel your order. After you receive an email with your tracking information we can no longer cancel your order as your order has already been processed.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of the product, we can't offer you a refund or exchange on food.

If you have not received your cookie box due to you having put the wrong or incomplete shipping address, then we cannot offer a refund or replacement. 

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please send us a photo at briette@bbbreadco.com to assess a refund. Without a photo, we are not able to assess your claim.

Please note that we are a small business and have one baker in our operation. It may take a few days to reply to your email if you happen to reach out with questions or concerns. You are important to us and we are so thankful for your business and support.

Each and every cookie in your cookie box is prepared, weighed, and baked by our skilled hands and delicately packaged in order for you to enjoy. Please remember that every cookie is unique and may have slight differences.
